Most AI work in 2026 is theater. Strategy decks that age six months early. Prototypes that don't connect to anything. Dashboards no one opens on Tuesday. We're not interested.

Murder Dog is a small studio of operators, designers, and engineers who have shipped real software inside real companies. We take a half-formed idea, build the thing, put it in front of users, and leave your team with something they can run on Monday.

It isn't magic. It's just work, done by people who like the work.

How we work.

Four rules. Tell us if you can live with them. If you can't, that's fine. We'll save us both the meeting.

No meetings about meetings.
One kickoff, weekly working sessions, async by default. If a meeting can be a doc, it's a doc.

Two weeks to a working prototype.
Or you don't pay for week three. We ship something real and learn from it before we scale anything.

Your code, your stack, your team.
We work inside your repo. We hand the keys over before we leave. No black boxes, no platform lock-in.

We name our deliverables.
Every engagement has a list of things we're going to ship, by what date, in writing. Then we ship them.
